This is beyond easy.
You’ll need:
-Two large potatoes (yukon or russet are going to work best)
-3 Tb vegetable oil…or whatever oil you prefer
-Salt and pepper

Another panini recipe, this time vegetarian style and just as simple (here’s another one that I heart)
You’ll need:
-Panini or Italian bread
-Fresh mozzerella cheese
-Fresh basil
-Veggies to grill…my suggestions: eggplant, zucchini, red pepper, red onion
-Tomato
-3 Tb Balsamic Vinegar
-1 Tb Olive Oil
-Salt and pepper

This panini is super easy and very affordable to make. If you don’t have a panini maker a George Foreman grill works just as well and you can pick one up for about $15.

Here’s a little homemade dessert recipe that my mom sent me that is almost as easy as buying a box.
You’ll need:
-1 cup margarine
-2 cups sugar
-2 eggs
-4 large apples
-2 cups flour
-1/2 tsp. baking soda
-1 tsp. baking powder
-1/2 tsp. salt
