The “oil” part of this might make you skeptical, but this cake is deliciously moist thanks to it. Plus, you’ll already have most of the ingredients, if not all. Give it a try.
2 c. sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 c. oil
1 c. cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 c. boiling water
2 c. flour
1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Add all ingredients (except egg) into a large mixing bowl, stirring after each ingredient. Beat eggs in a separate bowl for 2-3 minutes before adding.
3. Pour into a greased 13×9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
